Delivery man was great - please give him a pay rise!!

I ordered the item as a collect from store so I haven't commented on order tracking etc and customer support. But the item was in stock and was available to collect within an hour. The staff at the store were really helpful when I went to collect.

This transaction was made all the easier by the help and cooperation of the local shop by having a product to view and compare products.

Was good service, but if you order online you need to be able to change the delivery options without ordering from scratch

Needed a cheap tumble dryer very quickly so didnt expect to get an Indesit model for under £200 within a few days of ordering online. I thought the online chat service was brilliant as i needed to know if comet did a take away service of my old dryer.Absolutely no hassle prompt service from comet. Top marks. Thankyou

Very quick delivery, although on receipt of product it was damaged. I have not yet been contacted regarding a replacement and do not have any contact details for coomet so not very helpful.

Good However the product was not put aside for me. We actually took it off the shelf which was not what I expected. I had expected the product to be stored with my name against away from the general store stock to prevent selling the last one. I have recently bought the kettle in the same style and price checked it. Upon coming into the store this was reduced 10 GBP had I kown I would probably have bought both from Comet.

The product from Comet was available to reserve and collect form the nearest store and this service is most useful for getting the item promptly as well as saving on the delivery cost.
